GWX Polycarbonate Film is a thin, flexible, and high-performance functional film, manufactured from premium optical-grade or industrial-grade polycarbonate (PC) resin through advanced extrusion and calendering technology. With ultra-thin thickness, excellent flexibility, and the inherent advantages of PC material—superior impact resistance, transparency, and weatherability—it can be further processed into various functional types (such as anti-fog, anti-static, IR-blocking, and light diffusion) to meet diverse application needs.

Designed for scenarios requiring thin, lightweight, and durable plastic films, this product combines flexibility with high strength, avoiding the brittleness of traditional thin films (such as PET, PVC). Ultra-Thin & Flexible

With a thickness range of 0.05mm–1.0mm (ultra-thin and customizable), it is lightweight and highly flexible, easy to bend, fold, and wrap without cracking or breaking. It can be perfectly attached to curved or irregular surfaces, adapting to complex product shapes and processing requirements.

Excellent Transparency & Optical Performance

Optical-grade PC film has high light transmittance (up to 90%–92%), with clear vision, no haze, no color distortion, and stable optical performance. It is suitable for scenarios requiring high transparency, such as electronic display covers, optical components, and protective films.

Superior Impact Resistance & Toughness

Even in ultra-thin thickness, it retains the excellent toughness of PC material—up to 20–25 times stronger than PET film and shatter-resistant. It can withstand accidental impact, scratch, and wear, providing reliable protection for the underlying products without being easily damaged.

Wide Temperature Adaptability

Maintains stable physical and chemical properties in a wide temperature range of –40°C to 120°C, without warping, shrinking, cracking, or performance degradation under extreme high or low temperatures. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor harsh environments.

Weatherable & UV-Resistant

Equipped with an optional UV protection layer, it can resist long-term outdoor UV radiation, avoiding yellowing, aging, brittleness, or loss of performance. It has excellent weatherability, capable of withstanding rain, wind, sunlight, and other natural factors, ensuring long service life.

Multifunctional Customization

Support functional customization, including anti-fog, anti-static, IR-blocking, light diffusion, anti-scratch, and anti-glare treatments. It can be tailored to specific application needs, integrating multiple functions into one film to reduce product cost and simplify processing.

Easy to Process & Install

Can be easily processed through cutting, punching, die-cutting, printing, laminating, and thermoforming. It is easy to install and attach, with good adhesion to other materials (such as metal, plastic, and glass), suitable for mass production and automated processing.

Environmentally Friendly & Safe

Made of non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly PC material, compliant with international environmental standards (such as RoHS, REACH). It is flame-retardant (optional UL94 V2–V0 grade), ensuring safe use in electronics, medical, and food packaging fields.
