GWX IR Polycarbonate Sheet is a high-performance functional plastic sheet, crafted from premium optical-grade polycarbonate (PC) resin via advanced extrusion technology, integrated with special infrared (IR) blocking additives or a professional IR-resistant coating. It efficiently blocks infrared radiation (wavelength range: 780nm–2500nm) while maintaining excellent light transmittance for visible light, combining the inherent advantages of PC material—superior impact resistance, weatherability, and durability—with specialized IR blocking functionality.

Designed to address the challenges of infrared radiation, this product effectively reduces heat accumulation, protects human skin and precision equipment from IR damage, and maintains a comfortable environment. It is widely used in scenarios where infrared blocking, clarity, and structural stability are simultaneously required, such as architectural glazing, automotive applications, and precision instrument protection.

    Adopts advanced IR blocking technology (additive or coating), with an infrared blocking rate of up to 85%–95% (adjustable according to specific wavelength requirements). It can effectively block harmful infrared radiation, reduce heat penetration, and avoid temperature rise in enclosed spaces, achieving energy-saving and heat-insulating effects. In practical application scenarios, the cooling effect varies slightly depending on factors such as sheet thickness, IR blocking rate, and usage environment.
