GWX Embossed Polycarbonate Sheet (also known as PC Granule Sheet) is a decorative and functional engineering plastic sheet, manufactured from premium optical-grade or industrial-grade polycarbonate (PC) resin via advanced extrusion technology, with a unique embossed/granular texture pressed on one or both sides during production. It combines the inherent advantages of PC material—superior impact resistance, weatherability, and durability—with elegant granular texture, achieving both decorative aesthetics and practical functions such as anti-glare, light diffusion, and privacy protection.

Privacy Protection Function

The unique granular texture can block direct line of sight, achieving effective privacy protection without affecting normal light penetration. It is suitable for scenarios requiring privacy, such as partitions, windows, and shower enclosures, allowing light to pass through while preventing peeping.

Unique Embossed/Granular Texture

Equipped with a variety of customizable embossed/granular textures (such as fine granule, coarse granule, matte granule, and striped granule), the surface has a delicate and uniform texture, strong three-dimensional sense, and elegant appearance. It can effectively hide surface scratches and stains, maintaining a clean and beautiful appearance for long-term use, and can be matched with different decoration styles.

Anti-Glare & Light Diffusion Performance

The granular texture on the surface can effectively scatter incident light, reducing glare caused by direct light and creating soft, uniform illumination. It has a moderate haze value (60%–95%, adjustable), which can convert point or linear light sources into soft surface light, improving visual comfort, while retaining appropriate light transmittance (40%–70%, adjustable, lower than standard transparent PC sheets due to the embossed/granular texture).

Outstanding Impact Resistance

Based on high-quality PC substrate, it boasts exceptional toughness and impact resistance—up to 25–30 times stronger than acrylic (PMMA) and shatter-resistant. It can withstand accidental impact, collision, and external pressure, ensuring safety and long service life in high-traffic, industrial, or outdoor environments.

Wide Temperature Adaptability

Maintains stable physical, chemical, and texture properties in a wide temperature range of –40°C to 120°C, without warping, cracking, yellowing, or fading of the granular texture under extreme high or low temperatures. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor harsh environments.

Weatherable & UV-Resistant

Equipped with a UV protection layer, it can resist long-term outdoor UV radiation, avoiding yellowing, aging, or fading of the substrate and granular texture. It has excellent weatherability, capable of withstanding rain, wind, sunlight, and other natural factors, ensuring stable texture and appearance for years.

Easy to Clean & Maintain

The granular surface is not easy to adhere to dust, dirt, or stains, and can be easily cleaned with water or neutral detergent. The texture is integrated with the sheet surface, not easy to peel off or wear, reducing daily maintenance work and keeping the sheet beautiful for a long time.

Easy to Fabricate & Customizable

Can be easily processed through cutting, drilling, cold bending, thermoforming, CNC machining, and bonding. The granular texture does not affect processing performance, and the sheet can be customized in terms of texture type, thickness, size, and color to meet the specific design needs of different decoration and application projects.
