• Thin Sheets

For thin PC sheets, a standard utility knife is generally sufficient. The sheet should be scored repeatedly along a straight cutting line using a ruler or guide, then carefully snapped along the scored line. This method is suitable for simple trimming and small-scale applications.

• Medium-Thickness Sheets

For medium-thickness sheets, more stable cutting tools are recommended, such as a hand push saw, electric saw, or electric shears. These tools provide improved cutting stability and smoother edges, making them suitable for construction, signage, and general fabrication work where both efficiency and finish quality are required.

• Thick Sheets / Precision or Bulk Cutting
